Job summary
Amadeus is seeking an AI Efficiency Lead for AI Enablement, Dev & QA, Digital Services. This role shapes the AI adoption roadmap and partners with central transformation teams to apply AI assets in delivery environments, driving adoption, governance, and sustained autonomy across the Service Train.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on software engineering/QA experience with GenAI tools, Agile/SAFe familiarity, and the ability to coach distributed teams while ensuring compliant and secure AI usage.
Qualifications
- Experience applying AI/GenAI in the software lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of AI tooling ecosystem and integration.
- Background in engineering practices and tooling collaboration.
- Familiarity with SAFe, Agile delivery and governance.
Responsibilities
- Direct AI adoption roadmap across Dev and QA within the Service Train.
- Evaluate and standardize AI tools with usage guidelines.
- Scale AI-enabled tools and knowledge-enabled workflows.
- Coach teams to integrate AI into daily engineering and testing practices.
- Collaborate with QA Principal and Train Architect to align standards.
- Identify adoption challenges and coordinate with transformation teams.
- Measure productivity, quality and ensure responsible AI use.
