Job summary

Amadeus is seeking an AI Efficiency Lead to partner with Dev & QA teams in accelerating AI adoption across the service train. You will evaluate AI tools, standardize usage, and scale AI-enabled workflows within delivery environments.

You will coach teams to apply AI assets in daily work and align practices with quality, architecture, and security standards to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI across the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with AI tooling, agents, and automation assets.
• Ability to coach teams and drive adoption of AI-enabled practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the AI adoption roadmap within the Service Train.
• Coach teams to integrate AI into daily engineering and testing.
• Identify adoption challenges and drive practical solutions.
• Collaborate with central transformation teams on assets and governance.
