AXA Group Operations in Paris is offering a six‑month internship starting September 2026 as part of the PRIME program to modernize core insurance applications and enable AI‑driven value. You will assist the CoE lead and teams to deliver cross‑entity synergies, develop assets, and support governance through reporting and knowledge sharing.

The role provides exposure to senior stakeholders, a multicultural environment, and hands‑on experience in large transformation initiatives within AXA’s global

Qualifications

• English: Very advanced level (spoken and written).
• Good general knowledge of the IT ecosystem overall.
• Ability to digest complex information (sometimes technical) to present a clear summary for decision‑making and actions (PowerPoint, Excel, …).
• Adapt quickly to changes, demonstrating speed in performing complex tasks efficiently in fast‑paced, moving or uncertain environments.
• Rigorous; ensure discussions and decisions are recorded and followed up with particular care of details.

Responsabilités

• Assist the CoE synergy teams to fully deliver the expected CoE benefits.
• Organise and facilitate synergy working groups and action plans.
• Develop assets (methodology, position papers, lessons learned) in agreement with synergy leads and working group objectives and backlog.
• Develop the community, communication, and knowledge base.
• Develop reporting and analytical views to support steering of synergies and decision-making.
