Euronext in Paris is seeking an M&A Analyst intern to join the M&A team. The position starts 4 January 2027 and reports to the Head of M&A. You will conduct company and industry research, monitor sectors, and help prepare investment memos and presentations.

You will develop and update financial models, perform valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and support due diligence and integration activities. Fluency in French and English is required; additional language a plus.

Qualifications

• Final- or penultimate-year student from a Tier 1 business or engineering school.
• Prior successful internship in Corporate Finance, preferably M&A, Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting.
• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language would be a plus.

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an M&A Analyst intern to join the M&A team. The position will be based in Paris, and start 4 January 2027. You will report to the Head of M&A.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive company and industry-level research
• Monitoring sectors and screening for potential acquisition targets
• Preparing investment memos and presentations for senior management, the Board and strategic committees
• Developing, maintaining and updating financial models
• Performing valuation analyses using methodologies (DCF, comparable companies and precedent transactions) to assess potential acquisition opportunities
• Supporting the organisation and coordination of due diligence processes and post-closing integration activities

Your profile

• Final- or penultimate-year student from a Tier 1 business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials
• Prior successful internship experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in M&A, Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting
• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language would be a plus
