Job summary

Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) is seeking an Intern for the Office of Independent Evaluation (IEV) in Paris. You will assist in preparation and implementation of evaluations, contribute to reports, abstracts and working papers, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

The role offers a six-month internship starting February 2027 with a monthly allowance of €1,800. Strong MS Office skills and fluency in English or French are expected, with knowledge of the other language

Qualifications

• Recent graduate within 24 months or in final year of a Master’s program.
• Studies in evaluation, development, economics, social/political sciences or international affairs.
• Knowledge of evaluation methodologies is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection and analysis for ongoing evaluations and for IEV deliverables.
• Identify pertinent issues and help improve the quality of IEV outputs.
• Support logistics and administrative tasks for meetings and events organized by IEV.
