Qonto in Paris seeks a Senior People Data & Analytics Officer to own the people analytics strategy and build dashboards that inform decisions across the company.

You will collaborate with the People Leadership team and Finance to transform raw data into strategic insights, govern HR data, and enable self-serve reporting with clear storytelling.

Reporting to Mélodie Moulin, Head of People Systems, you will drive AI-enabled analytics while ensuring GDPR compliance and auditable outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in people analytics / HR reporting / BI with a track record of influencing decisions.
• Strong analytics + narrative skills to translate HR data for non-technical stakeholders.
• HRIS reporting expertise (Workday is a plus) and scalable standards.
• Data governance mindset: quality, access rules, and compliance.
• Curiosity and good judgment about AI in HR contexts.

Responsabilités

• Own the People analytics roadmap and HR KPI framework.
• Champion high-value AI use cases for HR analytics and ensure auditable outputs.
• Build and evolve people analytics dashboards and enable self-serve data storytelling.
• Develop advanced reports and models to support strategic HR decisions.
• Lead HR data governance and deliver mandatory reporting with GDPR compliance.
