Paradox in France is seeking a hands-on Growth Builder who owns CRO experiments end-to-end. You will ideate, copy, design the strategy, build assets, and launch tests directly, using AI to generate hypotheses and accelerate iterations.

You read data to distinguish signal from noise, ship landing pages and automations, and fix friction fast. This is remote-friendly or based in our Dubai offices, with English and French fluency required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on CRO and growth experiments.
• Experience building landing pages and automations.
• Fluent in English and French; data-informed decision maker.

Responsabilités

• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests end-to-end.
• Build funnels and assets: landing pages, automations.
• Identify friction points and ship fixes quickly.
