Muzinich & Co. is a privately owned, global asset manager, seeking a Client Reporting Analyst to produce high-quality client reports across multiple frequencies and ad-hoc cycles. The role emphasizes data accuracy, robust QA, and proactive process improvements.

You will collaborate with teams across the business to manage complex data requests, apply analytical methods, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining governance standards and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Client Reporting or similar role in Investment Management.
• Strong understanding of investment data and reporting processes.
• Experience with pooled fund structures (UCITS and non-UCITS) preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; PowerQuery/PowerBI advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Produce and deliver client reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• QA checks on factsheets, commentaries, and data requests.
• Analyze data to determine reporting requirements and accuracy.
• Present results to clients, management, and internal teams.
• Document reporting processes and support governance standards.
• Identify inefficiencies and support automation initiatives using Excel and BI tools.
• Collaborate across teams for ad-hoc data requests and reporting changes.
