Position Overview

The Client Reporting Analyst will support the end-to-end production of high-quality client reporting across multiple frequencies (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) and ad-hoc cycles. The role requires strong analytical capability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively within a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the production and delivery of accurate, complete, and timely client reports, ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met.
  • Maintain, update, and perform quality assurance (QA) checks on periodic and ad-hoc reporting materials, including factsheets, commentaries, and scheduled client data requests.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify reporting requirements and ensure data inputs are complete, accurate, and appropriate.
  • Validate information and apply relevant analytical techniques to prepare and present results for internal and external stakeholders (clients, third parties, management, and internal teams).
  • Apply a procedural and governance-focused approach, ensuring reporting processes are well-documented, controlled, and executed to a high standard.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing reporting workflows and support automation and process improvement initiatives—leveraging strong Excel skills and, where possible, PowerQuery or PowerBI.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to manage regular and complex ad-hoc queries, data requests, and reporting changes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experiencein Client Reporting or a similar reporting/analytical role within the Investment Management industry.
  • Strong understanding of investment data, reporting processes, and relevant systems.
  • Basic knowledge of investment products, particularly pooled fund structures (UCITS and non-UCITS).
  • Strong data manipulation skills with the ability to analyse fund and portfolio-level datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills essential; experience with PowerQuery and PowerBI is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in AI implementation and automation to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and support the development of new offerings. Proven competency with AI orchestration tools and technologies is required; candidates should be prepared to evidence prior AI and automation experience, for example through relevant project work or a GitHub portfolio. Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation (e.g., pandas, scripting of repetitive workflows)
  • Intermediate Bloomberg skills or experience with similar financial data vendor tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate outputs under time pressure.
  • Naturally investigative mindset with the confidence to question data, processes, and assumptions.
  • Strong client-service orientation with the flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience supporting bespoke client reporting requirements is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and within a multicultural environment.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, capable of owning tasks and driving improvements without heavy supervision.
  • Work with a globally recognized leader in corporate credit.
  • Drive innovation and transformation within a dynamic, growing team.
  • International exposure and autonomy to innovate the business.
