Al Agedi is seeking a senior finance professional to lead consolidation cycles for large mid‑market and international groups, overseeing complex financial reporting and driving transformation of clients’ financial operating models, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and governance.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders in multicultural environments, mentor teams from junior consultants to seasoned professionals, contribute to operational planning, and help structure service offers for

• Master’s degree in accounting, audit, finance, or management.
• At least 8 years of experience in audit, consulting, or financial reporting environments.
• Strong background in complex consolidation and financial information processes.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in multicultural contexts.

Key Responsibilities
