YOOBIC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Paris to design, validate, and launch high‑impact use cases on the YOOBIC platform. You will bridge customer needs with technical execution, configuring YOOBIC, connecting systems, prototyping automations, and applying AI where it adds measurable value.

This hands‑on, customer‑facing role collaborates across Product, Engineering, AI, and Customer Success to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that scale across multi-location businesses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, databases, scripts, and modern SaaS workflows.
• Experience building or configuring prototypes, integrations, dashboards, or lightweight technical solutions.
• Interest in AI, LLMs, automation, and practical enterprise use cases.
• Comfort with data mapping, validation, and large datasets.

Responsabilités

• Understand customers' workflows, data landscape, and goals with strategic clients.
• Lead customer workshops to identify high-value use cases and requirements.
• Design end-to-end use cases leveraging the YOOBIC platform, including AI-powered experiences.
• Build automation flows, API-based workflows, scripts, and lightweight prototypes.
• Prototype AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs and prompts; create reusable assets.
