Metreecs is seeking a data engineer to shape and maintain the infrastructure powering forecasting models and client integrations. You will build and optimize ETL pipelines, collaborate with the AI and onboarding teams, and enable smooth data ingestion for new clients while applying SQL, Python, and ML tooling to derive actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and Python, including Pandas and ML libraries.
• ETL concepts and data pipelines.
• Experience with APIs (REST, JSON) and external data sources.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated hackathon participation and Kaggle competitions.

Responsabilités

• Design and build ETL pipelines from CSV, APIs, and databases into data warehouse.
• Develop and maintain API integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with AI and onboarding teams to support data ingestion and reporting.
• Use SQL, Python, Pandas, Polars, and ML libraries to explore datasets and prototype models.
