WhiteLab Genomics, Inc. is seeking a Business Development professional to fuel partnerships, analyze market insights, and identify opportunities at the frontier of TechBio and translational genomics.

You will manage CRM data, build dashboards, and design AI agents to automate BD tasks, driving efficiency and growth across engagements with pharma partners. Bilingual in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (final year/M2) in Business, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI tools and B2B sales analytics.
• Life sciences background is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and data structuring.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and prompt engineering.
• Excellent Excel skills for data manipulation.
• Bilingual French/English communication.
• Knowledge of data querying and sales analytics concepts.
