Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) France Delivery is seeking a Change Manager to lead the people side of IT transformation programs and AI-led engagements. You will drive adoption of new processes, platforms, and ways of working through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and learning strategies across business and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
AI proficiency is required.
8-10 years in OCM/Change Enablement/Transformation within IT and business programs.
Proven track record in at least two: ERP/CRM, cloud adoption, digital workplace, service management, data & analytics, automation, or GenAI deployments.
Experience with Prosci ADKAR or equivalent; Agile/SAFe familiarity.
Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel within France/Europe.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Change Management Strategy aligned to program outcomes, delivery approach (Agile/SAFe/Waterfall), and client context.
Build and maintain an integrated Change Plan covering communications, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption, readiness, and reinforcement.
Conduct change impact assessments (process, roles, skills, tools, controls) and maintain a change backlog with priorities and actions.
Identify stakeholders and personas; assess influence/impact; define engagement approach and governance.
Run workshops, roadshows, and feedback loops with business leaders, SMEs, and end users; convert feedback into actionable improvements.
Coach sponsors, change champions, and people managers to lead change effectively.
Develop communication narratives and messaging tailored to different audiences (executives, middle management, frontline users, IT operations).
Create and manage communication assets: newsletters, FAQs, toolkits, intranet content, town halls, demo sessions, and release notes.
Ensure consistent, transparent, and timely communication on what is changing, why, when, and how users are supported.
Define learning needs and training strategy; coordinate content creation with SMEs and learning teams.
Design role-based learning journeys (e-learning, instructor-led, hands-on labs) and support UAT/preview groups.
Plan hypercare and post-go-live support (floor-walkers, office hours, knowledge base) to accelerate adoption.
Readiness, measurement & benefits
Define readiness criteria, conduct readiness assessments, and drive actions to close gaps prior to go-live.
Establish adoption KPIs (usage, satisfaction, proficiency, process compliance) and track progress using dashboards and surveys.
Partner with program leadership to link adoption metrics to benefits realization and continuous improvement.
Support AI rollout with focus on user trust, ethical use, data privacy, and governance awareness.
Create enablement for new AI ways of working (prompting best practices, human-in-the-loop, escalation and exception handling).
Coordinate change actions related to model updates, policy changes, and AI product releases.
Delivery governance
Provide regular reporting on change activities, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans in governance forums (OpCo/SteerCo).
Maintain RAID logs for change-related items and ensure alignment with overall program plan.
Ensure change deliverables meet quality expectations and are delivered on time and within scope.
