Job summary

Mars Royal Canin seeks an accomplished leader to drive its data-enabled digital transformation within R&D. You will define capabilities, build data platforms, and govern data assets to unlock scientific and business value across teams and partners.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, champion agile, product-centric delivery, and accelerate adoption of enterprise data platforms while exploring AI-enabled solutions to advance health outcomes for pets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capability-building programs and/or data product organizations.
• Experience translating data investments into measurable business/scientific outcomes.
• Health or Nutrition industries experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define the RD data strategy and partnerships with Mars Digital Technologies and external stakeholders.
• Oversee data governance, security, quality and compliance across R&D data platforms.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of digital, data and product experts to deliver usable data products.
