Kéoni Consulting, based in France, is seeking a Communication & Knowledge Management Officer to structure and improve knowledge materials, supporting self-service channels and the chatbot. The role focuses on knowledge governance and content quality, with a strong emphasis on user experience and collaboration with IT and project teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in knowledge management, UX, and AI chatbots, plus proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office, including

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in user experience with a strong focus on knowledge management.
• Experience implementing and managing AI chatbots.
• Proficiency in IT tools specific to this field – Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to lead working groups and leverage teamwork.
• A Plus: ITIL knowledge (particularly knowledge management/support).

Responsabilités

• Structure and maintain knowledge bases (FAQs, online help, SharePoint).
• Ensure the quality, clarity, and usefulness of content.
• Implement knowledge governance and standards.
• Structure and lead the Knowledge Management dynamic (squad, community).
• Disseminate best practices and develop a KM culture.
• Monitor key indicators (usage, effectiveness, satisfaction).
• Continuously improve the chatbot – relevance, content, resolution rate, user satisfaction.
• Work with technical and project teams.
• Create educational content (tutorials, videos, communications) and promote self-service tools.
• Facilitate educational webinars and video tutorials.
• Conduct user satisfaction surveys and publish results.
