Shift Technology is seeking a Software / Integration Engineer (Agentic Systems) in Paris. You will join a dedicated Agentic squad, collaborating with our US-based Data Science team to productionize agentic solutions and ensure reliable integration with external services.

The role focuses on building robust backend services, third-party integrations, and scalable architectures using .NET Core, Python, and Azure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in backend software engineering with production-grade architecture.
• Experience designing, consuming, and scaling REST/gRPC APIs.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, especially C#/.NET Core and Python.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservice architectures.
• Strong focus on testing, CI/CD, and scalable design.

Responsabilités

• Build, optimize, and maintain robust integrations with third-party tools and agentic services.
• Design and scale backend services to meet production stability and latency goals.
• Apply software engineering best practices to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Set up microservices and infrastructure for production deployment and support.
• Support UI/UX needs to enable smooth end-to-end agentic workflows.
