Contract Duration: 5 Months (That are likely to be extended in 2026)

Job Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking Agentic AI Expert to lead the design and deployment of an AI-powered intelligent document assistant as first use case for a large European Bank. This role focuses on building the foundations of autonomous agents framework / Processes to analyze, summarize and respond to questions from RFPs and formalize a global answer with minimal human intervention.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement agentic AI systems that autonomously :
• Parse and understand RFP documents
• Extract relevant questions
• Classify and prioritize inquiries
• Generate accurate responses using historical RFP data
• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Design workflows for agent collaboration, memory management, and tool use to ensure scalable and reliable automation.
• Integrate the solution with a centralized, searchable knowledge base of past responses and document content.
• Continuously improve agent performance through feedback loops, reinforcement learning, and prompt engineering

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building agentic AI (using LongGraph / CrewAI) systems or autonomous agents using LLMs.
• Strong background in NLP, document understanding, and AI orchestration.
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agentic architectures.
• Experience with enterprise knowledge bases and search technologies.
• Understanding of RFP processes and business documentation is a plus.

Technical requirements

Proficiency in: LLM (LLMaaS, OpenAI, GPUaaS…), MLOps (DataCamp, TCS AI Bench, Domino)

Proven experience in agentic framework as such: CrewAI

Proven experience in Data API process

Knowledge

Knowledgeable: Elasticsearch, Faiss, Verctor Search DBs, Open search, PostGreSQL / PG Vector, S3 Bucket, Python, Event Bus (IBM MQ), Percona for Mongo, Document Storage (IV2 S3 bucket)
