Job summary

Keoni is seeking an expert consultant in agentic AI to transform insurance document processes. You will gather business requirements, design AI agents for document analysis and generation, and configure prompts and workflows within the Onyx platform.

Collaboration with insurance teams, AI squads, and product/IT is essential to deliver robust, scalable automations. You will drive governance, ensure traceability, and share best practices across teams, contributing to the SMART AI initiative and

Qualifications

Extensive experience with generative and agentic AI applied to documents.
Proven ability to design AI agents and prompts.
Experience with governance of AI tools and best practices.
Knowledge of insurance document workflows and standards.

Responsibilities

Gather and define business requirements with insurance units (underwriting, claims, legal, compliance).
Design AI agent architecture and specialized agents for document analysis and information retrieval.
Configure agents in the Onyx platform and implement prompts, workflows, and business rules.
Test, validate, and optimize agent performance with field feedback.
Document solutions and disseminate best practices for agentic AI use.
