- 10+ years in software engineering with multi-team delivery.
- Experience building enterprise AI apps on LLMs with agents and RAG.
- Design of agentic architectures and production deployment.
- Knowledge of MCP, tool registries, guardrails, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, architecture, development, and delivery of secure AI capabilities for the Insurance Life platform.
- Co-define the AXIS Cloud AI orchestration layer architecture and governance.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.
- Prototype agent harnesses and long-running workflows for production use.
- Ensure secure, auditable AI systems with logging and recovery mechanisms.
- Collaborate with architecture, product, security, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
