# Agentic Generative AI Consultant – Document Uses* Home* Agentic Generative AI Consultant – Document Uses* June 9, 2026* 0 Comments* By Roberte OkoyaContext: Within the Data, AI and Innovation department, the department is looking for an expert consultant in agentic AI applied to insurance document processes.MISSIONS The mission is part of a transformation initiative aimed at: improving the use of document corpora, automating the production of business documents, and deploying business AI agents using our internal solution, based on the Onyx open-source solution. The consultant will also contribute to implementing the governance associated with the tool: the principles of agent evaluation and sharing. The consultant will work closely with the insurance business lines, the AI teams, and the product teams.Main Missions : Gathering and Defining Business Requirements: • Facilitate workshops with insurance business units (underwriting, claims, legal, compliance, etc.) • Analyze existing document processes (search, analysis, document production) • Identify and prioritize high-value use cases Agent Solution Design: • Translate requirements into AI agent architecture • Design specialized agents: o Document analysis and comprehension o Information retrieval (ARG) o Generation of standardized documents • Define advanced prompting strategies adapted to use cases Configuration in the Onyx tool: • Configure and parameterize agents in the Onyx platform • Implement prompts, workflows, and business rules • Connect document sources (EDMS, internal databases, etc.) • Test, adjust, and optimize agent performance Quality Assurance and Industrialization: • Structure prompt and template libraries • Ensure the robustness, traceability, and reproducibility of results • Document implemented solutions Support Responsibilities include: Validating use cases with users ; adapting agents based on field feedback ; and disseminating best practices for using agentic AI: creating a best practices guide for the platform.Desired profile: Technical skills: Generative & agentic AI: • Mastery of LLM and agentic architectures • Experience in document processing (Doc AI, RAG, NLP) • Good understanding of orchestration tools (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.) Advanced prompt engineering (strong requirement): • Mastery of agentic prompting patterns, including: o ReAct (Reasoning + Acting) o Prompt chaining o Plan-and-Execute o Agentic RAG o Self-refinement / iterative criticality o Multi-agent orchestration • Ability to design robust, traceable and industrializable prompts /!\ Demonstrated expertise in these patterns is essential to guarantee the performance of agents developed in the internal solution (Onyx).Data and documentation: • Experience in handling structured and unstructured documents • Knowledge of document standardization issues • Design of automated document templatesFunctional skills: • Good knowledge of the insurance sector (highly valued) • Ability to understand and formalize complex business needs • Sense of value and operational impactExperience: • Experience: o Significant experience in generative AI o Experience in document projects or knowledge management o Experience in implementing agent-based solutions (highly valued)Work environment: The consultant will work within the SMART AI initiative, which aims to industrialize the use of artificial intelligence within the organization.
