Mission Context: As part of the acceleration of initiatives around Data and Artificial Intelligence, we are seeking a senior expert capable of supporting business units and IT teams in identifying, analyzing, defining, and implementing innovative, high-value-added solutions. The mission is situated within a Reinsurance environment and aims to develop the use of AI to improve operational performance, document analysis, and the management and optimization of business processes.Main Responsibilities: The consultant will act as an expert and point of contact on topics related to Artificial Intelligence. In this capacity, they will be responsible for: • Identifying opportunities for integrating AI into business processes. • Supporting operational departments in defining high-value use cases. • Conducting opportunity and feasibility studies for AI projects. • Leading and coordinating initiatives related to Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. • Participating in the integration of AI solutions within management tools, decision-making platforms, and document management systems. • Ensuring the functional and operational scoping of projects. • Contributing to change management and the adoption of new AI technologies by business units. • Proactively monitoring emerging AI innovations and applications.Desired Profile : We are looking for a senior consultant, an expert in Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Analytics, capable of contributing to the strategic vision, use case definition, and operational management of AI projects in an enterprise environment. • More than 10 years of experience in Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. • Proven experience integrating AI solutions in enterprise environments. • Ability to define an AI vision and identify high-value business opportunities. • Good understanding of the Insurance and Reinsurance industries. • Experience working in contexts involving business units, IT teams, and multiple stakeholders.Required Skills • Expertise in AI, Data, and Analytics • Solid knowledge of AI architectures, data platforms, and technologies • Mastery of the challenges related to generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and semantic analysis • Understanding of the applications related to document analysis, intelligent automation, and advanced data exploitationProject Management and Transformation • Proven experience in leading, coordinating, and implementing AI projects. • Ability to conduct feasibility studies, define project scope, and deploy innovative solutions. • Ability to coordinate business, functional, and technical stakeholders. • Experience managing strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders.Business Knowledge • Good understanding of the Insurance and Reinsurance business. • Strategic vision of the opportunities offered by AI within an operational department. • Experience with use cases related to document analysis and comprehension, cession and reinsurance operations management, reporting, business management, operational process optimization, and decision support.Personal Qualities • Excellent listening, analytical, and summarization skills. • Strong ability to understand, qualify, and challenge business needs. • Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Results-oriented and able to work effectively in short-term projects.Summary of the expected profile: A senior AI expert with more than 10 years of experience, the consultant must be able to define an AI vision, identify business opportunities, frame priority use cases, manage their implementation and support operational teams in the adoption of solutions based on Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, semantic analysis and generative AI.Application: CV + cover letter + copies of diplomas to be sent to [e-mail]
