Indie Campers in Lyon is seeking a Rental Service Agent to blend customer service, rental operations, and proactive sales demonstrations of RVs. You will greet customers, run demos, process check-ins, and ensure smooth handovers from rental to sale.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems.
• Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service & Operations: Check-ins/outs, briefings, and ongoing rental support.
• Sales Demonstrations & Customer Engagement: RV demos, feature showcasing, documentation handling.
• Sales Conversion & Lead Management: Track leads, demos, follow-ups in CRM, convert renters to buyers.
• Product Knowledge & Technical Support: Maintain RV model knowledge and perform basic system demos.
