Indie Campers in Marseille is seeking a Rental Service Agent to deliver outstanding customer experiences across rentals and RV sales demonstrations. You will handle check-ins, demos, and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth handover from rental to purchase.

You will track leads in CRM, present RV features, and support the Sales District and City Lead to meet targets. Strong communication and hands-on problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems.
• Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Conduct check-ins/check-outs and provide ongoing rental support.
• Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features and specs.
• Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM; convert rentals to sales.
• Maintain product knowledge and perform basic system demos.
