Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead partnerships across Spanish-speaking and LATAM markets. This fully remote role focuses on building high-value affiliate relationships, negotiating terms, and driving revenue growth with data-driven performance analysis.

You will recruit partners, develop account plans, and monitor ROAS and AOV to maximize profitability while aligning with brand guidelines and global strategies.

Qualifications

2+ years in affiliate marketing or partnerships.
Experience building revenue-generating partnerships across international markets, esp. Spanish/LATAM.
Fluent Spanish (C1) and English (C1) for negotiations and collaboration.
Experience with Impact platform and SEO/digital marketing tools.
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop affiliate strategies to accelerate revenue growth in Spanish/LATAM.
Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners.
Maintain portfolio with quarterly growth roadmaps and strategic reviews.
Negotiate terms and optimize partner performance using ROAS and AOV.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across channels.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
