EverAI is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our affiliate program. You will manage relationships, onboard new partners, and drive performance across traffic, conversions, and ROI. This role values data-driven decisions, rapid experimentation, and strong collaboration with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate networks and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Expertise in SEO, media buying, and paid social.
• Experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates and partners.
• Oversee onboarding of new affiliates into the program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generate ROI- and traffic reports.
• Analyze results to optimize campaigns and scale opportunities.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners.
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create high-converting funnels.
• Regularly review and improve affiliate communication and processes.
