Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in the pharma/aesthetics industry.
• At least 3 years in a training position.
• Experience in training commercial roles.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute training strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver brand knowledge training with Marketing and Medical teams.
• Make data-driven decisions on training initiatives.

Connaissances

Experience in commercial roles

Solid IT literacy with CRM

Understanding of training methodologies

Strong cross-cultural competence

Fluent in French and English

Formation

University/bachelor's degree in health, science, health management, or business
