Give Back Beauty in Paris is seeking a Training Manager to strengthen the International Training & Education Department and deliver high-quality learning experiences across a diverse portfolio of brands.

You will design and deliver comprehensive training content, update materials, and coordinate internal teams with external agencies to ensure engaging, on-brand programs. This full-time role offers hybrid work and a competitive package in a fast-growing beauty group.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in Training & Education within the beauty, fragrance, cosmetics or luxury industry.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments is advantageous.
• Full professional proficiency in English; French proficiency would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver innovative learning experiences covering brand culture, product knowledge, selling techniques and customer experience.
• Lead development of training tools across formats including presentations, training booklets, digital modules and video content.
• Coordinate external agencies involved in training tool development, ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Organize international train-the-trainer sessions and both in-person and virtual trainings.
• Create digital learning modules using Articulate Rise 360 and integrate multimedia content.
