Airbus Defence and Space SAS is seeking a professional Buyer to lead sourcing activities in Toulouse, managing tendering, negotiation and contract implementation within a challenging defence program.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, negotiation and multilingual communication skills, with collaboration across functions and international teams. A security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in business relations managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build and execute strategic plans.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven team mindset and ability to work with people from different functions and countries.
• Negotiation level in English is required, fluent in French, Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the sourcing activity from tendering to contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions.
• Monitor the contract life cycle with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure terms and performance.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value and minimize total cost.
• Contribute to multi-functional/multi-divisional teams throughout tendering, contracting and contract life cycle.
• Attend and actively contribute to MFT (Multi-functional Team) meetings.
