Job summary

ATR in Blagnac is offering an internship within the Customer Support & Services Directorate. You will join the supplier support management team, working with OEMs to ensure customer support activities are prepared and delivered per contracts and performance levels.

The role targets final-year Master’s students in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering with an interest in customer support, data analysis, and process optimization. An international, multicultural environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Final year of a master's degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Interest in Customer Support and in-service product performance management.
• Strong interest in digitalization, data analysis and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define a global process for the Supplier Support activity.
• Serve as focal point and interface with OEM customers for supplier support.
• Identify and analyze gaps in OEM customer support for the in-service fleet.
• Prepare Customer Support Reviews with major OEMs to align ATR’s vision.
• Contribute to deployment of corrective and continuous improvement actions.
• Support mitigation actions to secure airline operations.
• Participate in creating and developing Power BI dashboards.
• Contribute to customer communications and follow-up.
