Avions de Transport Regional (ATR) GIE offers a 6‑month internship in Customer Material Management in Blagnac, near Toulouse. You will join a dynamic team, monitor customer needs, and contribute to action plans with Material Account Managers and cross‑functional teams.

The role requires a Master’s level program (engineering, business or university) with a focus on supply chain or continuous improvement. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; Power BI or SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in engineering, business or university with a focus on supply chain, commerce or continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps or SAP is a plus.
• Curious, structured, client‑oriented and proactive; strong teamwork spirit and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client needs and help define action plans with Material Account Managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze order backlog and service indicators to identify priorities and blockers.
• Contribute to improving performance dashboards, customer satisfaction and commercial reporting.
• Support continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives for activity management.
• Perform commercial and operational analyses to improve service and revenue.
