Air Products is offering a unique opportunity through its Career Development Program (CDP) for motivated engineering graduates. This 3-year rotational program includes three structured 12-month assignments aimed at developing a deep understanding of the industrial gases business. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in roles across functions like Engineering and Operations.

The position is based near Lyon, France, and requires a Master’s degree in engineering or material science, with fluency in English and French. Graduates from Summer 2025 to August 2026 are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Graduation between Summer 2025 and August 2026.
• Basics of metallurgy such as heat treatment and oxidation are essential.

Responsabilités

• Support the Industrial Gases sales organization in achieving objectives.
• Assist customers and sales teams with technical gas solutions.
• Contribute to preparations of technical and commercial proposals.
