ADDEV Materials Lyon recherche un(e) technicien(ne) HSE au sein du département Qualité pour soutenir la politique HSE et assurer la conformité dans un environnement industriel majoritairement chimique. Vous travaillez étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles et participez à l’amélioration continue.

Qualifications

• Formation Bac +2/3 en Santé, Sécurité, Environnement, Chimie ou équivalent.
• Expérience industrielle appréciée; profils juniors acceptés.
• Connaissances HSE et réglementations chimiques (SDS, REACH, CLP, ICPE) et maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
• Rigueur, autonomie, esprit analytique, sens relationnel et pédagogie.

Responsabilités

• Mettre en œuvre et améliorer la politique Santé/Sécurité au travail dans l’entreprise.
• Analyser les risques, réaliser les DUERP, audits et visites de site.
• Gérer la conformité chimique (SDS, REACH, CLP, ICPE) et réaliser les analyses de risques.
• Former et accompagner les managers sur les règles de sécurité et d’environnement.
• Suivre et améliorer les indicateurs HSE et participer aux audits et certifications.

Within the Quality department for our Aerospace & Defense business unit, we are looking for an HSE Technician (M/F). Reporting to the Head of the department and working closely with the operational teams, you will help to implement the company’s HSE policy.

A genuine hands-on operator, you will ensure compliance with applicable regulations, participate in the prevention of occupational and environmental risks, and support teams in developing a sustainable HSE culture. In a chemical-dominated industrial environment, you will also play a key role in managing regulatory requirements related to chemical products.

Your tasks

Health and Safety at Work

• Participate in the deployment and continuous improvement of the company's Health and Safety policy.
• Identify, assess and prevent occupational risks (DUERP, audits, site inspections, Gemba Walk).
• Analyse accidents and incidents, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

Chemical compliance management

• Ensure the management and compliance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Ensure the application of chemical regulations (REACH, CLP, ICPE).
• Carry out risk analyses, HSE sheets and prevention plans related to activities and products.

Environment

• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental and regulatory requirements for the site.
• Participate in the company's environmental impact reduction actions.
• Contribute to the management and monitoring of environmental risks.

Training and support

• To raise awareness and train employees on HSE best practices.
• Support managers in the application of safety and environmental rules.
• Participate in developing the company's safety culture.

Continuous monitoring and improvement

• Monitor HSE indicators and reporting.
• Participate in internal and external audits as well as certification processes.
• Carry out regulatory monitoring and advise teams on applicable developments.

Your profile

• TrainingBac + 2/3 in Health, Safety, Environment, Chemistry, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is appreciated; junior profiles accepted.
• Knowledge of HSE and chemical regulations (SDS, REACH, CLP, ICPE) and proficiency in office software.
• Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, interpersonal skills and pedagogical awareness.

An interest in industrial environments with a dominant chemical component is a definite asset.
