Axens is seeking a Product Development Manager in Rueil-Malmaison, France, to manage the development of new catalysts and materials. The role requires an engineering degree and expertise in catalysis and materials characterization. Responsibilities include coordinating product development, defining specifications, and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication skills, and a proven background in R&D or industrialization. This position may involve short trips within France and occasionally abroad.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in R&D and/or industrialization, particularly in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in catalysts and/or adsorbents for refining and/or petrochemical applications.
• Knowledge of Axens products would be a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Coordination of product development for catalysts, adsorbents, and materials.
• Defining and setting up technical specifications for new raw materials.
• Managing the Technical Qualification and monitoring performance of products.
• Troubleshooting catalyst and/or adsorbent performance issues.

Formation
