Air Liquide France Industrie is seeking an experienced engineer to manage complex projects from proposal to capitalization. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, set up project structures, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and compliance across execution phases.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in engineering, 7+ years in related fields, and at least 2 years in project management within engineering. Collaboration with technical, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams is essential.

• 7+ years working experience in the related fields of engineering, design, project management, finance or procurement
• 2 years experience of project management in engineering

Responsabilités

• Participate to the proposal phase for the elaboration of the technical solution, the establishment of the cost sheet and the preparation and negotiation of the main contracts;
• Set-up the project organization: scope of work, channels of communication, execution strategy, team coordination;
• Coordinate internally: with Technical teams, with Procurement (follow-up Procurement plan, incl. pre-ordering when applicable), with Quality control team, with manufacturing;
• Manage, report (to Projects Execution Group Manager) and deliver the Project Key Indicators;
• Ensure the company procedures and safety requirements are implemented during the project execution.
• Organize and issue project capitalization and reports.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Provide support in managing all project activities and resources within the framework of Air Liquide policies, contract commitments and requirements.
