Sanabel, The Microfinance Network of Arab Countries is seeking a part-time web developer to build and maintain PHP/MySQL websites and web applications. You will interact with customers to gather requirements and help resolve issues, contributing to fintech projects in microfinance.

The role involves processing forms and requests, verifying customer information, and coordinating with other departments to implement improvements. Flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

• Develop websites and web applications using PHP and MySQL.
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or face to face.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle complaints.
• Perform customer verifications.
• Process forms, applications and requests.

Responsabilités

• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated department.
• Maintain and update existing PHP/MySQL based websites and apps as required.
• Coordinate with colleagues to implement fixes and improvements.
• Document changes and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and security best practices in web applications.
