Acne Studios in Paris is seeking a part-time IT Service Delivery Specialist to ensure stable IT services across the organisation. You will handle incidents and requests, provide user support through multiple channels, and coordinate with system owners, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable IT operations.

The role focuses on Paris-region infrastructure, workplace technology, networks, and retail IT environments, with a strong emphasis on global standards and regional processes.

Formación

• Experience in IT support or IT operations.
• Experience with ITSM processes such as incident and request management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and MDM tools such as Intune.
• Hands-on experience supporting PC and Mac environments (Windows, macOS, iOS).
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French, spoken and written.
• Structured and pragmatic with an execution-driven mindset.
• Clear communicator across teams and regions.

Responsabilidades

• Performing hands-on and remote support including installations, configurations, upgrades, and hardware setup.

• Coordinating IT activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensuring adherence to regional and global IT processes while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and harmonization.

As an IT Service Delivery Specialist at our Paris office, you play a key role in delivering stable and reliable IT services across the organisation. You support internal users through incident and request handling while contributing to the coordination and delivery of IT activities in collaboration with system owners, vendors, and stakeholders. Your work supports business continuity across both regional and global operations.

This is a part-time (50%) position.

• Experience in IT support, IT operations, or other customer‑facing IT roles
• Practical experience with ITSM processes such as incident and request management
• Solid understanding of workplace IT, infrastructure, and basic networking
• Hands‑on experience supporting both PC and Mac environments, including Windows, macOS, and iOS
• Experience with modern workplace platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and MDM tools such as Intune
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Experience supporting retail IT environments, including store technology such as POS setups and payment terminals, is meriting
• Familiarity with network and storage platforms such as Cisco Meraki, Egnyte, or Box is meriting
• Experience in global or multi‑site environments is meriting
• ITIL experience or certification is meriting
• Microsoft certifications are a plus
• Fluency in English and French, spoken and written
