Job summary

Ledger, the global platform for digital assets, is hiring for an accounting role in Paris within the Finance team. You will match invoices, record entries, prepare payments and contribute to monthly and annual closings in an international environment.

The role requires BTS/DUT or equivalent, familiarity with ERP systems, comfort with AI tools, and strong analytical and teamwork skills. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum BTS, DUT or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a real plus
• Comfort with AI and current tools, and a willingness to work with AI
• Rigour and an analytical mindset
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Good English level, required to work in an international environment

Responsibilities

• Match invoices against purchase orders
• Record invoices and review items arriving on the approved platform
• Prepare payment batches
• Perform account reconciliation (lettrage)
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closings (e.g. accrued expenses, shareholder current accounts)
• Analyse and monitor accounts, including follow-ups and communication with suppliers and employees
• Contribute to annual audits by answering the auditors’ questions
• Review expense reports
• Book entries, prepare payments and reconcile
• Support the declaration of fees (honoraires)
