Electra, headquartered in Paris, seeks an Accounts Payable Accountant to join the HQ Accounting & Tax team. You will own the Accounts Payable function for France and Alpine entities, reporting to the Head of Controlling, Accounting & Tax, and collaborating with HQ Finance and Alpine management.

You will handle invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and drive process improvements to ensure accuracy and compliance across multiple entities in Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience in accounts payable, ideally in a multi-entity and international environment.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable and general accounting.
• Experience with an ERP (SAP preferred) and finance tools; familiarity with Payflows is a plus.
• High accuracy, structured working methodology and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Tech and problem-solving oriented, with excellent communication skills towards suppliers and internal teams.
• Fluent in French and English; German and/or Czech is a plus.
