Ledger is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Paris finance team in an international environment. You will match invoices to purchase orders, record entries, prepare payment batches and support month-end closings with accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has BTS/DUT or equivalent, strong Excel skills, ERP knowledge, and comfort with AI tools. Good English is required for cross-border collaboration, and the role offers a hybrid work policy with remote days.

• Strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a real plus.
• Comfort with AI and current tools, and a willingness to work with AI (strongly recommended).
• Rigour and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team.
• Good English level, required to work in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Match invoices against purchase orders.
• Record invoices and review items arriving on the approved platform.
• Prepare payment batches.
• Perform account reconciliation (lettrage).
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closings (e.g. accrued expenses, shareholder current accounts).
• Analyse and monitor accounts, including follow-ups and communication with suppliers and employees.
• Contribute to annual audits by answering the auditors’ questions.
• Review expense reports.
• Book entries, prepare payments and reconcile.
• Support the declaration of fees (honoraires).

The team

You’ll join the Accounting department within Ledger’s Finance team, working in an international context.

What you’ll be doing:

• Match invoices against purchase orders
• Record invoices and review items arriving on the approved platform
• Prepare payment batches
• Perform account reconciliation (lettrage)
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closings (e.g. accrued expenses, shareholder current accounts)
