Rutronik Electronics Worldwide is seeking a proactive sales professional to manage and develop a defined customer portfolio across our product range, aiming to meet sales, margin, and design-in targets while fostering lasting relationships.

You will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate quotations, orders, and deliveries, and to identify new business opportunities across the Rutronik portfolio. Fluency in French and English is required, with willingness to travel within the sales region.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, account management, or technical sales.
• Background in electronics distribution or a comparable technical environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent French and good English; willingness to travel within the sales region.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales, margin, and design-in targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Rutronik's product portfolio.
• Plan and conduct customer visits, annual negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Coordinate quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and customer projects throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with Internal Sales, Product Marketing, Field Application Engineers, and Supply Chain teams.
• Develop joint customer strategies and business opportunities with manufacturers and internal stakeholders.

Your role with us

• Manage and develop a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales, margin, and design-in targets

Your qualifications

• Professional experience in B2B sales, account management, or technical sales
• Ideally a background in electronics distribution, electronic components, or a comparable technical environment
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset
• Structured and proactive way of working with the ability to manage multiple customer projects
• Fluent French and good English skills, combined with willingness to travel within the sales region
