Uber for Business is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in large corporate accounts across CPG, Retail, and Heavy Industry sectors. This is a hunter role focused on turning ambiguity into revenue by selling Uber's platform and business solutions to organizations with 5,000+ employees.
You will own end-to-end sales cycles—from qualification to contract negotiations—while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver immediate value on launches.
Uber for Business is looking for a sharp, highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the CPG, Retail, and Heavy Industry verticals. This role is a “hunter” who can navigate the complex, often messy world of large-scale corporate logistics and turn ambiguity into growth. You will not just sell a platform; you will re‑imagine how the largest companies in the region move their employees and goods—from late-night shift commutes to high-volume voucher campaigns for the automotive industry.
Working here means solving high-stakes problems in real-time. You will need to balance short-term execution sprints with a long-term vision for whitespace accounts with over 5,000 employees. The pace is fast, and the expectations for ownership are higher. Success requires a blend of strategic thinking to break into new territories and the grit to push through long, multi-stakeholder contract negotiations. If you are energized by the challenge of tailoring consumer-loved products like Rides and Eats into mission-critical business solutions, this is where you will grow.
This isn’t the kind of place where you follow a playbook – it’s where you help write one. If you’re driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves, we’d love to hear from you.
You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits. Explore our benefits.
