Fluent French and conversational English are required, along with some client-facing internship experience. The role offers flexible work arrangements with up to 60% remote days.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Client Partners in tracking the project pipeline and flag upcoming needs.
• Collect information from client teams to aid in briefing processing.
• Support budget approvals and monitor campaign spend for discrepancies.
• Set up regular project status meetings; take minutes and capture next steps.
• Assist in preparing and editing presentations.
• Support client reporting and tracking of deliverables.
• Develop understanding of Jellyfish services to identify client needs.

Job Description

Reporting to a Client Partner, you will act as a coordinator between our French clients and our specialist teams, assisting with communication to ensure the smooth running of campaign delivery projects. As part of a fast-paced team of Client Partners, Media Planners, Analysts, and Campaign Activators your support will be essential to the growth and retention of our key clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Client Partners in tracking the project pipeline, helping to flag upcoming needs to the wider team.
• Help collect information from various client teams to assist in the processing of briefs.
• Support the team in tracking budget approvals and monitoring campaign spend, helping to flag any discrepancies or changes.
• Set up regular project status meetings. You will be responsible for taking minutes, capturing "next steps", and ensuring all project "watch outs" are documented.
• Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations.
• Support with client reporting and tracking of deliverables
• Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of services and our integrated marketing offering to eventually identify our clients' needs and how we can fulfil them.

Qualifications

• You're able to sign an internship agreement for a full-time, 6+ month commitment (Monday through Friday).
• You're fluent in French and have a conversational level of English.
• You have some client-facing experience through an internship, apprenticeship or a personal project.
• You have an interest in social media, digital marketing or online advertising, and AI.
• You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
• You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
• You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.

Compensation

• €1.1K – €1.5K per month
