Qonto, a European leader in finance workspace solutions, is hiring an Account Executive Accounting in Paris. You will own the full sales cycle from the first call to a signed contract for newly onboarded clients, guided by Astrid Liska, Sales Lead Accounting.

We seek a candidate with at least 1 year of full-time sales experience, fluent in French and English, and comfortable on the phone. You will thrive in an early-stage environment and use AI tools to sharpen outreach and qualification.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of full-time sales experience with closing ownership.
• Fluency in French and English (C2 in French, C1+ in English) required.
• Comfortable on the phone with a consultative selling approach.
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage environment and adapt quickly to new processes.

Responsabilités

• Engage newly onboarded clients early and guide them to the right offer.
• Stay proactive with accounts that go quiet and create opportunities.
• Diagnose client needs, handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Own the deal end-to-end from initial contact to signed contract.
• Leverage AI tools to prepare calls, personalize outreach and speed up qualification.
