Deezer is seeking a highly motivated intern to join the Strategy and M&A team, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer. You will work closely with a small team from diverse backgrounds, gaining hands-on experience in the music streaming industry.

This 6-month internship starts January 2027 and is based in Paris, offering exposure to critical strategic initiatives and direct contribution to Deezer’s growth and corporate development priorities.

Qualifications

• Current final year or gap year at a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Experience with a well-known international consulting firm or in corporate finance is appreciated.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Market Research and Strategic Analysis: identify trends, assess the landscape, explore opportunities in music streaming and entertainment.
• Strategic Planning and Business Cases: support development of corporate strategy, market entry, growth plans; build Excel models for analyses.
• M&A and Corporate Development: assist in screening targets and due diligence, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Presentations: prepare and contribute to leadership presentations with findings and recommendations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with Finance, Legal, Product and other teams to execute strategic initiatives.
