In this role, you will manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and contribute to business growth. Candidates should have prior experience in account or project management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in both English and French. Support a portfolio of clients, coordinate delivery and learn the fundamentals of account management inside a fast-moving client-facing team.

POWER.xyz is a 3D Asset Platform for Visual Commerce and Unlimited Content Creation. Powered by GenAI.

One Master 3D Asset = 10+ use cases: 3D Viewer, Augmented Reality, Product Configurator, content creation including packshots, photos and videos.

Working with major agencies and brands worldwide including Saint Laurent, Renault, Michelin, Decathlon, Ami Paris, Maje, Polene, Zadig & Voltaire and Stellantis. Accelerated by Farfetch, LVMH and Richemont.

• 3D Creation Manager: create your product catalog in 3D with streamlined workflows.
• Visual Commerce: launch 3D experiences easily with 3D Viewer, Configurator and AR.
• Virtual Studio: create content at scale including packshots, videos and lifestyle visuals powered by GenAI.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions.

Your role combines relationship management, strategic thinking and hands-on project coordination.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for client requests and ensuring high-quality support.
• Contributing to new project pitches with your expertise and drafting impactful proposals.
• Overseeing the timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to client needs and objectives.
• Managing day-to-day project operations and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Identifying client challenges and designing scalable solutions to address them.
• Spotting opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term growth.
• Forecasting and monitoring key account metrics to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborating closely with 3D Content, Sales, and Marketing teams to support lead generation and content initiatives.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.

Your Profile

• First experience in account management or project management, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
• Track record of delivering client-focused solutions and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for motivating teams.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion and Pipedrive is a plus.
