Park Place Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide onsite system diagnostic and analytical support to customers within a geographic territory, including 24/7 on-call readiness. You will diagnose hardware, storage area networks, and system configurations, respond to failures, and coordinate parts and documentation to minimize downtime.

Key duties include remote and on-site problem analysis, rapid troubleshooting, parts management, and strict adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

OEM data center hardware experience required.
CompTIA A+ and Server+ preferred.
Must be able to be on-call 24/7 and travel as needed.
Valid driver's license and driving record required.

Responsabilités

Provides onsite technical customer support and ensures timely, professional response.
Schedules work on shifts at any time of day.
Performs remote preliminary analysis to minimize downtime and trips.
Performs cost-effective service and maintains professional conduct on site.
Maintains communication with customer and support center during repairs.
Analyzes logs and performs diagnostics for timely repair.
Repairs hardware, storage networks, and system configurations.
Uses remote tools for diagnosis or configuration changes.
Follows customer repair procedures and anticipates future needs.
