Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data centre operations, infrastructure engineering, or critical facilities environments.
• Experience supporting data centre IT systems and facility infrastructure.
• Experience in data centre build-outs, commissioning, or large-scale deployments.
• Proven incident response and root cause analysis experience.
• Mentoring junior team members or leading technical initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Own reliability and performance of data centre infrastructure across compute, network, power, and cooling systems.
• Support hardware installation, structured cabling, and Layer 1‑3 troubleshooting.
• Partner with colocation providers to review MOPs/EOPs and oversee maintenance.
• Operate and support UPS, PDUs, switchgear, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, CDU, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure events.
• Develop SOPs to improve operational consistency and efficiency.
• Implement automation and tooling to streamline data centre operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and facilities.
