Park Place Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide onsite diagnostic and analytical support for customers within a defined territory. You will respond to system failures with hardware service, testing, and remote diagnostics as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in OEM data center hardware, ability to work 24/7 on-call, and travel up to 75% within the territory. A+ and Server+ certifications are preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with OEM data center hardware.
• Strong customer service experience or equivalent.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time in the designated territory.

Responsabilités

• Provides onsite technical customer support and ensures timely, professional responses to service needs.
• Performs remote diagnostics and fault isolation when possible to minimize site visits.
• Maintains effective communication with customers and support center during repairs and delays.
• Handles inventory/workflow processes and completes audit forms, timesheets, and expense reports.
• Opens and closes service tickets, follows repair procedures, and meets customer SLAs.
