Job summary

CMA CGM AIR CARGO is seeking a Duty Officer for its Operations Control Center (OCC) in Marseille. You will oversee day-to-day airline operations, ensure flight safety and regulatory compliance, and work with stakeholders to keep schedules tight and disruptions managed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a Shift Manager or Dispatch role and holds an Aeronautical Operations/Dispatcher credential or equivalent. ETOPS exposure is a plus; the role is based in Marseille with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Aeronautical Operations/Dispatcher program from an aviation training institution (ENAC, Horizons Academy, ESMA, or equivalent).
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a Shift Manager or Dispatch position.
• Theoretical airline pilot license, air traffic controller qualification, or meteorologist qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operation of CMA CGM AIR CARGO OCC in the most efficient manner to maintain safe flight operations including disruption management.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders daily to ensure schedule integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Test and challenge procedures and configurations of OCC systems; propose alternatives when needed.
• Ensure 24/7 Operations Control and Flight Dispatch; promote a culture focused on safety, performance, and punctuality.
